Searching for an elegant wedding venue in Dallas? I gotchu. As a wedding photographer, I’ve been to weddings all across the nation, and let me tell you every venue is NOT created equal! Space, style, amount of natural light, price, luxury, vendor policy… there are so many things to compare, and many of those things will impact your photos. Finding the right wedding venue for your perfect day isn’t an easy task, but hopefully, some of my experiences at these locations will help you on your journey! This is definitely not my entire list of favorites, and they’re not in any particular order, but these top picks are beautiful in person AND for photography. They also have a great reputation for how they treat their couples!

D’Vine Grace Vineyard

Beauty, elegance, and family-owned for a truly custom experience for each couple. This venue is set aside in the northern countryside of Texas and offers privacy away from the bustling metroplex. This is one of my favorite venues to photograph!

The Olana

An elegant wedding venue in Dallas for couples looking for European luxury. This venue is considered one of DFW’s most iconic wedding venues! And for good reason- the experience is beautiful in-person, and photographs are stunning no matter where you are in the venue or on the property. The Olana offers multiple event spaces, including the Back Lawn, Front Lawn, Solarium, the Drawing Room, Theatre, the Library, and the Pool House.

Adolphus Hotel

Close to the airport, full bar & restaurant, luxury hotel suites, ballrooms and beautiful views?! What more can you ask for?! The Adolphus is the perfect choice for couples looking for luxury and unique charms not found in other hotel venues.

Hidden Waters

Hidden Waters gives a breath of fresh Tuscany air to the Dallas area. Privately owned, each couple receives a custom and attentive experience. Though beautiful in any season, this venue shines during the late spring through early fall, while the lush and expansive gardens are thriving!

French Farmhouse

A more North Texas wedding venue, French Farmhouse gives Texas-barn a luxury twist. This venue gives me so much beautiful natural light inside to work with, and also boasts a perfectly positioned sunset for outdoor ceremonies behind the venue!

Rosewood Mansion

Color and texture come together at this hotel venue for luxury wedding ceremonies. Have you guests fly in & stay local at this centrally located venue!

Nasher Sculpture Center

The Nasher Sculpture Center is widely known as one of Dallas area’s most elegant places to tie the knot. Wow guests with a truly exquisite experience, and come away with photos like no other. Every part of the center photographs beautifully, and the outdoor gardens at sunset are especially gorgeous!

Brighton Abbey

Brighton Abbey is an elegant estate venue and has earned its reputation as one of our loveliest luxury wedding estates! With a beautiful glass chapel surrounded by enchanting woods and gardens, we have so many options for incredible photographs.

The Oasis

This is a venue I happily recommend to all of my couples who have a large guest list, and may be considering a culturally traditional ceremony. This luxury wedding venue in Dallas has room for all of your guests and any kind of styling/decor you can dream of!

Lone Star Mansion

This stately mansion in Burelson gives us all the elegant vibes we could ask for in Texas. This is a dreamy place to photograph, and you’ll love the attentive experience the staff here give their couples!

These are definitely not all of the venues I cherish and recommend, but for couples seeking luxury in the Dallas area, these are widely considered some of our most iconic places to say your vows!
